The first two items are handouts from coaching workshops I did ("Boundaries in the Workplace" and "Speaking with Confidence to Colleagues and Clients").

Below that are are samples of some of the types of things I can help with as a consultant (e.g., forms, reports, resume re-dos, flyers). I love forms - filling them out, creating them, reading them! (I know, weird. I can't help it!). One of the reasons I like forms is that they are a way to streamline communication. I can't help but think about exactly what type of info is needed, by who, and in what order. And what's the most efficient and effective way of gathering that info? The same is true of a flyer or resume - they are ways of communicating relevant information.

Consulting report (with Tier 1 & Tier 2 priorities)

This report was created for a landscape company after interviews and observations were done with all employees. It includes Tier 1 and Tier 2 priorities, and they're also broken down by type (marketing, efficiency and communication priorities).

Process re-d0

This is the form that was created for the landscaper above to streamline the process from first contact with customer all the way through billing.

Resume re-do

Before I helped Heidi re-do her resume, it was pretty much just a list of job descriptions - what she was supposed to do for each of her positions. After I helped her re-do her resume, it shows what she accomplished in each of her position. That is, her resume now shows prospective employers what she can do for them! That is the point of a resume! To show prospective employers what you can for them!

Promotional flyer re-do

Before I revised Heidi's flyer, it was way too wordy and it didn't answer the question, "What can she do for me?" After I revised her flyer it's really clear what she can do! She can give you more hours in your day, and handle the ordinary so you can do the extraordinary!

Project estimate & project info forms created for an audio and video studio

Before I came along, Baobab Studios didn't have a consistent way of collecting information for those who wanted to do video or audio projects with them. This meant they often had to go back and forth to collect information, and their estimates of the cost of each project were not always accurate. After I helped them think through exactly what kind of info they needed to collect from their prospective customers, I created the Project Info Form and the Project Estimate form (below). These forms allowed Baobab Studios to gather all the info they needed in one place, on once piece of paper which then enabled them to create an accurate estimate of the cost of the projects.
